EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Exchange and return policy are available within 3 days of receiving the item.
The customers have 3 days from the day of receiving the item to ask for a return or exchange, the money of the item will be credited for an immediate other order. The customer in this case will pay the double price of delivery. (Delivery and Return).
If the item is eligible for return, it must be in the same condition received with the original package intact.
Users who shop from Fitmed.shop receive the full or partial refunds of the product price if the item is not as described or less in value.
