Cancellation Policy

Because we don’t offer online payment on our website, you’re free to cancel your order at any time before it’s delivered.

To cancel an order:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
• If your order has not yet been dispatched, it will be canceled immediately with no charges.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Items

• Must be in the same condition as received.
• Must be in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
• A valid reason for return must be communicated clearly to our team.

🔄 Exchange Process

• You can exchange your item for another product.
• The original item price will be credited toward your new order.
• You’ll be charged two delivery fees — one for the return and one for the new delivery (total: $8).

💸 Refunds

Full or partial refunds may be issued if:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The item is of lesser value than what was paid.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method if applicable, or credited for a future order.
