At Fitmed.shop, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Please read the following policy to understand how our shipping and delivery process works:

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Domestic – Lebanon: We deliver all across Lebanon.
  • International: We are currently working on enabling global shipping. International delivery will be available approximately within one year.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery Duration: You can expect to receive your order within 1 to 4 working days after confirmation.
  • Working Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
  • No Delivery on Sundays or official public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: A flat delivery fee of $4 is applied to all orders across Lebanon.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above $50 qualify for free delivery.
  • Variable Charges: In rare cases, the delivery fee may vary depending on order weight or volume. If applicable, this will be communicated to you after placing your order.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, the return process is free of charge.
  • If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind or incorrect item choice), the customer will be responsible for an additional $4 delivery charge to cover return shipping.

5. Courier Services Used

We partner with reliable local delivery companies to ensure smooth and timely delivery:

  • Wakilni (You’ll receive a tracking SMS once your order reaches their warehouse)
  • MDK

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched:

  • A tracking SMS will be sent to your phone by Wakilni, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery in real-time.

7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact our customer service at info@fitmed.shop or via WhatsApp at +961 70 305 067.
  • If the delay exceeds 10 days due to a courier issue, we will compensate you with free delivery on your next order.

8. Express & Same-Day Delivery

  • Express and same-day delivery may be available depending on your city or region.
  • To check availability, please contact our support team.

9. Missed Deliveries

If you’re not available to receive your order:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two more times before returning the package to Fitmed.shop.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Changing Your Shipping Address

  • You can update your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.

11. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation if placed during working hours.
  • Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next business day.

12. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos immediately upon receipt and contact us.
  • We will assist you with a replacement or refund based on your situation.
